Early Season: September only, $270  Offered only on the first few days of very short season.

Regular Season: Burbank's Signature Hunt: $250 per day per person, per seat.

10 days: $2400* package. Money is put "on account for hunt & bird processing. Save by having only 1 contact & payment person, who pays in advance. Big boys who fill more than one seat, count as 2 seats.

Duck Hunting

 Duck Hunting:  at Paul's Ponds™! Exciting, fun, and great memory maker!

Nov 17+.= 2 blinds =10 hunters, on 1+ ponds.

     Our popular 'Paul's Ponds" produced consistent limits, right up to the last day.
      Hunt every day in season from Oct. to the 3rd week in Jan. (Limit 7 ducks, possession 14, see calendar.

  COMBO HUNT: Goose, then Duck. Very limited availability, early in the season.
 

The ultimate hunt day!  $500 per person. If may be interested, let us know in advance.
The best way to be guaranteed the duck & a goose hunt, is to book them separately.
Always starts off with the goose hunt, followed by the duck. Usually finished by noon or 1:00PM!
Must make your decision to move to duck blind around 10 AM. If the duck hunt is not offered, then you will not be charged for it. Waterfowl and weather patterns are not predictable.

Miscellaneous Fees/activities. Schedule these in advance. Subject to availability.
  Archery: Goose. $250 - 1 to 2 times early in the season. Bring 3+ dozen broad heads.
  Other:  Youth; 12-16 yr minus $20. Observer: $170=non-hunter, subject to availability.
Terms: Hunt Reservation per day = Seat Sold. All cancellation policies apply (see below)
Deposit:
Credit Card
A minimum of 50% deposit upon booking, then the confirmation (+maps/meeting/hotel/etc) and a copy of the charge will be mailed or faxed. Balance is due and payable before the hunt.
Deposit: Check A deposit required to receive a confirmation of your hunt. When time allows we can issue a 5 day courtesy hold. A credit card number will be requested to guarantee the space until the check arrives. If the check does not arrive, then the seats/space will be available for resale.

Deposit:

Time is short to mail check. Credit card holds: CC number is given for reservation & therefore the seat(s) are sold. Pay before or the morning of the hunt. This is offered as a courtesy only, and therefore all cancellation fees apply. Full amount is due & CC's will be charged for any 'no shows', for any reasons and for the full amount due and payable. Discounts for cash payments.
 
Confirmed seat/per hunter(s) = sold seats and all monies are due. Cancellation policy applies.
         50% paid before confirmation, & balance is due before hunt.
 Confirmation of your reservation and         information packet is mailed after receipt of deposit, along with map, general info and 'Rules of the Hunt'.

Reservation Process and Hunter Obligations:  All dates on a 1st come 1st serve basis.
      Book early to avoid disappointment.
Many book for the next year, after they finish their hunts.
Rescheduling subject to availability. Dates/seats sold for services are for the season purchased only.
Except for customers with pre-purchased time, it will be the responsibility of the substitute hunter who is filling a seat, to settle the balance owed to the BG before the hunt. Plus substitute hunters will settle with the original person who may have made a deposit. Burbank reserves the right to fill all seats in the blind, unless all seats are purchased by the group or person. Demand exceeds availability, so plan ahead. Key dates fill up fast!

Services:
     BGS (Burbank Guide Service) provides recreational excursions and use of the following: properties, decoys, blinds and guides. I understand that Services provided do not constitute any form of a buy-sell agreement for the birds, whether it is expressed or implied. Hunting is a sport with no guarantees. Afternoon hunting at guides option. Hunters may be limited to size of flocks which are shot at for bird management reasons. Hunting is a sport with no guarantees. Cancellation policy must be abided by.
      For BGS services to be used, a release of Liability Agreement must be agreeable and must be signed prior to the hunt. Please review before making reservations. The Agreement link is below.
The BGS reserves the right to refuse/terminate services, for any reason at any time before/during/after. No refunds. Please read, familiarize every hunter in the group with the 'Rules of the Hunt', Safety, etc.

Not included: Meals, shells, guns, lodging, transportation, gratuities, all licenses and stamps,
                       personal hunting equipment and supplies, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Hunters Requirement:
     Hunter(s) responsibility to have knowledge and comply with all regulations of BGS, State, Federal Government, Migratory Bird laws and any other regulating body and provide items not included in the hunt. While participating I and my guests will use safe methods, such as in the Washington State’s safety training courses. Also we will agree to accept guides guidance and the BGS Rules of the Hunt (which are guidelines, since they could be misinterpreted by hunter(s) and guests). Hunter acknowledges obligation to have appropriate insurance coverage for any and all activities for personal and property damages, which will cover all exposures, risks, injuries or damages & will release BG of all liability with signed agreement. Further, if Hunter or guests are liable for any personal injuries or property damage that was due to their negligence and he/she will be held responsible for any and all cost incurred and will not hold BGS, guides or representative liable. Hunters will abide by cancellation policy. All hunters must have the physical ability to access the pits and blinds and come up to shoot. Safety is imperative and all must be experienced in safe gun handling. Dogs are not used for goose and may be limited for duck. Guide must approve & may ask dog to be kenneled.

       Copy will be available at meeting place. Please review (see link), print and bring signed, or be prepared to        sign before the hunt.  The release must be signed by each hunter or legal guardian before the hunt.
        If you do not agree to the Agreement, then Burbank will not be able to provide services.

Camera: Bring your still camera to capture your memories. After the hunt all groups must quickly exit the          hunting fields. But there will be plenty of time for pictures at the parking location.
Cancellation:
       All Fees are due and payable per terms. No penalties for substituting another person.
       Confirmed services/seats = 'sold' seats. Seats are limited & cannot be filled at last moment.
       With 4+ weeks notice all of the deposit will be refunded, except a $35 administration fee.
       4 weeks or less all deposits are forfeited, and any balances are due since the seat is ‘sold’.
       “No Shows”, for any reason (no matter how good it is), are subject to full charge since the seat is ‘sold’.
       
No carry over days/monies to the next season.
        Rescheduling of hunts will be subject to availability, if more than 4 weeks notice is given.
Time is of the essence because our demand exceeds availability
and without adequate notice there is no opportunity to resell the seat/services. BGS understands that personal emergencies occur; however the seat is ‘sold’ just like at a sporting game.
Warranties: BGS assumes no responsibility for the following and makes no representations or warranties, expressed or implies; (1) The condition, safeness, usability fitness of properties or equipment to be used. (2) A guide's performance and instructions concerning any issues or circumstances. (3) The availability of geese, ducks etc.. (4) The weather conditions that affect the hunt or hunters. (5) The closing or shortening of the hunting season. (6) The closing of property by state or federal agencies.

Licenses: Hunters are responsible for Wash. State. licenses & stamps, plus guns & shells.
Purchase License On line.   Waterfowl is included in small game license, plus pay for state duck fee.
       If born after??? you MUST have a copy of your hunter safety certificate to purchase Wa. license..
Out of State License
:
Approx. a 3 day out of state license is $63; o/s season $175. Allow over 2 weeks for online purchase of license.  Must have the license which is mailed to you. Online confirmation receipt is not a valid license. 
Federal Stamp: A federal stamp is mandatory. One stamp is valid in all states, for the season. Bring your license from your resident state. This can be purchased online also.          

Bird Processing: Separates fees payable at time of service. Greater $10, Lesser $7.50 and Duck $5.
Please inform the guide before the hunt. Includes feather removal, flushing and bagging. No breasting.
Must have transport/permission slip signed prior to any transport/services.
Shipping available, but another permission slip must be signed in advance, credit card or pre-payment in advance & express shipping fees needed to insure that the birds are not wasted during transport.
Please bring your own ice chest(s) for transporting your birds. If you do not provide ice chests, charge for ice chests will be added to the shipping charges. Suggest that if flying, put your duffle bag inside ice chest when arriving, and then you can check them booth on the return.
