DRIVING:
In winter Seattle & Portland roads are subject to bad weather (Seattle crosses a mountain pass & Portland goes along the Columbia River, which has freezing mists & has lots of fog.)
Driving Seattle to Pasco- 3 ½+ hours;
Portland to Pasco- 3 ½+ hours;
Spokane to Pasco- 2 1/4 hours. (Best choice-no mountain passes)
These times are all based on excellent weather conditions and no stops.
